Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for Plumshot purchases and processes payments, taxes, and approved refunds.
Requesting a refund
Email support@plumshot.app with the purchase email address, transaction identifier, and a short description of the issue. Do not send full card or bank details.
Eligibility
Refund eligibility and processing follow the terms presented at checkout and applicable consumer law. We review accidental duplicate purchases, technical failures that prevent the app from working as described, and other requests in good faith.
License revocation
When a purchase is refunded or charged back, the related license key is revoked and Plumshot returns to its unlicensed state.
